No, it is recommended that you do not take Nectar P with amitriptyline which is an antidepressant with anticholinergic effects. Since Nectar P also has anticholinergic effects, both the drugs produce additive effects such as dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, etc.
Nectar P belongs to the class of compounds known as phenothiazines. It has antihistaminic, antiemetic and sedative properties.
