Interaction between Alcohol and Vobose
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Vobose with alcohol will be.
Yes, Vobose can cause night sweat, the exact mechanism of sweating is not known. But some research suggests that it causes hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) especially at night which leads to night sweats. You need to monitor your blood glucose level regularly and talk to your doctor as your dose may need to be adjusted.
Vobose should be taken as long as needed or take it as directed by doctor. Do not discontinue the drug suddenly or take it longer than prescribed by your doctor.
Take Vobose as advised by your doctor. It can be taken orally three times daily immediately before each meal. Precautions must be taken in patients with improper liver or kidney function.
