Pexotra Dosage & How to Take

  • Single Maximum Dose: 830 mg
  • Dosage Route: Parenteral

  • Special Instructions: 500 mg/m² IV over 10 minutes on Day 1 of each 21-days cycle, given in combination with cisplatin
