No, Tinidin is not used for treating yeast infection.Tinidin is used for the treatment of trichomoniasis caused by T. vaginalis, in both the genders. It is also used for the treatment of giardiasis caused by G. duodenalis, and intestinal amebiasis and amebic liver abscess caused by E. histolytica, in adults as well as children older than 3 years. Antifungal medicines (fluconazole) are used to treat yeast infection.
