How to take Mucopide?

What is Mucopide?

Mucopide is a brand name of rebamipide and it is available in the form of a tablet and eye drops. It is a derivative of quinolone antibiotics and belongs to the class of drug known as gastroprotective agents (mucosal protective agent). It is a prescription drug which is used in the treatment of gastric ulcer and gastritis. Eye drops of rebamipide are used in the treatment of dry eyes.
