Recodex

Recodex is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. Allergic Rhinitis, Cough are some of its major therapeutic uses. Secondary and off-label uses of Recodex have also been mentioned below.

The optimal dosage of Recodex is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

The side effects typically associated with Recodex include Nausea or vomiting, Abdominal Pain, Drowsiness. Usually, these side effects of Recodex go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. Consult your doctor if these side effects become worse or stay for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Recodex has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. It is important to know if Recodex has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Recodex related warnings section.
