Tricox Information

Tricox is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Tuberculosis.

The right dosage of Tricox depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.

Tricox also has some side effects, the most common being Rash, Erythema, Discoloration of Urine. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Tricox can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. These side effects of Tricox are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

2 - 12 years (Child)	Disease: Tuberculosis Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 4 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 2 months Special Instructions: strength 200 mg isoniazid, 1200 mg pyrazinamide, and 480 mg rifampicin

Is the use of Tricox safe for pregnant women?

Pregnant women may experience moderate side effects from Tricox. It is best to stop taking Tricox immediately and inform your doctor if you notice any discomfort.
