Coelone is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis. Coelone also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Coelone also has some side effects, the most common being Agitation, Anxiety, Blurred vision. While these are the most often observed Coelone side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Coelone are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.
Coelone's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Moderate while nursing. It is important to know if Coelone has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Coelone related warnings section.
