Cifomed is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Drops, Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Bacterial Infections. Secondary and off-label uses of Cifomed have also been mentioned below.
Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Cifomed. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.
Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Cifomed can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Cifomed are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
It is also important to note that Cifomed has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. Cifomed is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Arrhythmia, Heart Disease, Myasthenia Gravis (MG) are examples of such conditions. Other contraindications of Cifomed have been discussed in the sections ahead.
