Dr. Rajeev Kumar Ranjan MBBS , Pulmonology

Corituss is available in the form of tablet, syrup, and lozenge. The tablet should be swallowed with water, the syrup should be taken with a measuring spoon or a container and lozenge should be allowed to melt inside the mouth. Corituss is taken every 4 to 12 hours as per the requirement. It is important to read the label carefully and follow the instructions completely. If you are giving Corituss to a child then make sure it is not given to a child younger than 4 years old. Also, make sure that you are using a brand that is exclusively for children.
