Asginase Information

Asginase is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Injection. It is typically used for the treatment of Blood Cancer.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Asginase. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Asginase also has some side effects, the most common being Rash, Nausea or vomiting, Increased Liver Enzymes. Usually, these side effects of Asginase go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.
