Interaction between Food and Ofrex
Some foods when eaten with Ofrex can alter the onset of actions. Discuss this with your doctor.
Interaction between Alcohol and Ofrex
Taking alcohol with Ofrex can be dangerous.
Ofrex can be taken with doxycycline. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Doxycyclin also does not affect the absorption of this drug. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction could exist. Please consult your doctor, if you feel any complication after consuming these two medicines at the same time.
Yes Ofrex is used to treat typhoid fever. If other antibiotics are resistance to salmonella typhi then it is very effective to treat typhoid fever. however, it is best to consult your doctor about the right treatment for typhoid fever.
Take Ofrex if your doctor has prescribed it to you. However, keep a close check on blood sugar levels as metformin is known to cause hypoglycemia( sudden dip in blood sugar levels). In case you are experiencing severe hypoglycemia, please inform your doctor immediately.
