Yes, sometimes Atpure might cause cough reflex. It occurs due to bronchoconstrictive (narrowing of the airways) effect of this drug. It is a rare side effect of this drug. If you are experiencing excessive coughing after taking this drug then you are advised to consult with your doctor.
Yes, Atpure and amlodipine can be taken together only on your doctor's advice. Atpure give synergistic effect when taken along with amlodipine. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug along with amlodipine then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Rarely, Atpure causes hair loss (alopecia). However, the exact cause behind hair loss is unknown but it is presumed that it occurs because of thinning of the hairs which weakens their strength. If you are experiencing excessive hair loss after taking this drug then do discuss it with your doctor.
Take Atpure once or twice in a day or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food because of the presence of food does not affect its absorption from the stomach.
