Clingen is a brand name of clindamycin and it comes in form of the capsule, injection, and topical gel. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of drug known as lincosamides. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic which is used in the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections such as pneumonia, strep throat, and pelvic inflammatory disease.
