Do not take Edgon with nitrate, because taking it with nitrates can cause life-threatening conditions. Also, this combination is contraindicated, it must be avoided as it can produce significant hypotension (low blood pressure) and is potentially fatal.

Edgon is a brand name for tadalafil. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medications called phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme Inhibitor. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction.
