Serip Plus Dosage & How to Take

No, Serip Plus should not be taken in Dengue because it can increase the risk of internal bleeding. Patients should consult a medical professional, take ample rest and drink plenty of fluids. However, paracetamol can be taken to bring down fever and reduce joint aches.
