Triohale Information

Triohale is a prescription drug, available for use as Rotacaps, Inhaler. Triohale also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Triohale is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Triohale as well, which are listed below. Usually, these side effects of Triohale go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

It is also important to note that Triohale has a Severe effect for pregnant women and Severe effect on lactating mothers. Warnings related to Triohale's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.

Triohale Dosage & How to Take

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

  • Disease: COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
  • Before or After Meal: As advised by a physician
  • Single Maximum Dose: 1 puff
  • Dosage Form: Inhaler
  • Dosage Route: Inhalational
  • Frequency: 1 daily
  • Course Duration: As directed by the doctor
  • Special Instructions: strength 160 mcg ciclesonide, 18 mcg tiotropium and 12 mcg formoterol in one puff
Geriatric

    Very few cases of side effects of Triohale on kidney have been reported.

    Triohale can have moderate side effects on the liver. If you notice any harmful effects then stop taking this drug right away. Consult your doctor before using this medicine again.

  • What is the effect of Triohale on the Heart?


    You may experience side effects on your heart after taking Triohale. If this happens, then discontinue its use. Consult your medical practitioner, and do as he/she suggests.
