Yes, Encorate may make you sleepy because it causes drowsiness, dizziness or sedation. It is a common side effect of this medicine. Do not drive vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
Avoid taking Encorate with paracetamol it may reduce the bioavailability of paracetamol by increasing the metabolism of paracetamol. Increasing the concentration of paracetamol in the blood which may cause liver damage. Please consult your doctor before taking these two medicines at the same time.
No, you can not take Encorate with tramadol, harmful interaction have been reported between them. Tramadol may decrease the seizure threshold in some patient and also decrease the anticonvulsant activity of Encorate.
