It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division and stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which are resistant to other drugs.
Oflomac should be taken with a meal. Drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this medicine. Drinking extra water will help prevent some unwanted effects of this medicine.
