Having worked with several hospitals, he has 23 years of relevant experience. Currently, Dr. Shantala M.N is working with MVJ Medical College. He has worked with Manipal Hospital, St. Martha's Hospital, St. John's Hospital, Vijaya ENT Care Centre in the past. Apart from his association with different hospitals, he has put his skills to the test in many other ways. He is a member of ISOCON, Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI). Dr. Shantala M.N has been feted with the Gold medal for best temporal bone dissection ISOCON, Evolution of modern stapes surgery-second prize in Dr. Vijayaendra gold medal for consultants 23rd AOI Karnataka state conference. He completed his MBBS from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bangalore. After that, he went on to do Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO) from Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS), Bellary and DNB - ENT from MANIPAL HOSPITAL, BANGALORE.
