Ceretor Syrup is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Syrup. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Myoclonus. Other than this, Ceretor Syrup has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.
The correct dosage of Ceretor Syrup depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. The most common side effects of Ceretor Syrup are Nausea or vomiting, Rash, Confusion. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Ceretor Syrup can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Such side effects of Ceretor Syrup normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
Furthermore, you should know that effect of Ceretor Syrup is Moderate for pregnant women and Severe for women who are breastfeeding. In addition, Ceretor Syrup's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Ceretor Syrup related warnings section.
