 LzHH contains luliconazole which is an antifungal agent that works by preventing the synthesis of ergosterol (a component of the cell membrane of fungi) through inhibition of an enzyme known as lanosterol demethylase. LzHH is effective against fungi such as Trichophyton rubrum and Epidermophyton floccosum.
