Yes, you can take Rabalkem DSR for acidity as it decreases the release of acid in your stomach which is responsible for acidity, burping, and discomfort in your stomach. You are advised to take it before a meal or as prescribed by your doctor.
Rabalkem DSR contains domperidone (dopamine D2-receptor antagonist). It works by inhibiting the neurotransmitter dopamine (a chemical messenger present in our body) from acting on the vomiting center present in the brain thus preventing nausea and vomiting which provides relief to the patient from nausea and vomiting.
