It may lead to several renal dysfunctions such as tubular necrosis, glomerulitis, renal papillary necrosis, elevation in serum creatinine and renal failure. Redfast should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because nimesulide may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue.
