Yes, there may be some undesirable effects associated with Zeegab Total such as acne, acne-rosacea (redness of the face) and some allergic reactions.
Methylcobalamin is abundantly found in eggs, milk, curd, meat (chicken and fish). However, if your levels are very low you are recommended to take medicines as per doctors instructions.
Zeegab Total works by forming myelin sheath which is used to cover and protect the nerve cells. Zeegab Total is used to revive the nerve cells. In the absence of enough Zeegab Total, myeline sheath doesn't form properly leading to nerve damage.
Yes, you may experience mild breathing problems while taking Zeegab Total. Try not to wear tight-fitted clothing while you are facing breathing difficulties go in an open space to breathe normally. However, if you are feeling extreme discomfort and breathlessness call your doctor right away.
The general recommended an oral dose of the Zeegab Total is 1500 µg daily, divided into three doses. It is also available in other forms such as injectibles.
