Yes, Vitamin C + Zinc + Vitamin B Complex is good for the skin. It plays multiple roles such as promotion of collagen formation, scavenging and disposal of free radicals such as those in environmental pollution and those that develop after an exposure to the ultraviolet radiations, decreases the synthesis of melanin (hence used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation in melasma and age spots), prevention of skin aging, dry skin and wrinkles. It also helps in wound healing and reduces the raised scar formation.
