No, Emidas should not be taken with an antihistamine. It reduces the effects of antihistamine theoretically and also not work properly if taken together.
Occasionally, Emidas causes constipation. Constipation means three or fewer bowl in a week, in this case, stool become hard and dry and sometimes it is painful to pass. If you experience severe constipation after consuming this medicine, eat more fruit, vegetable, and grain which are higher in fibers. Also, drink plenty of water and take a laxative if necessary.
Emidas can be taken orally or given by IM (Intramuscular). An oral form such tablet are taken 2 - 3 times daily preferably with a meal to avoid stomach upset. Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
