No side effects of Sensodent K have been reported in the medical literature. However, you should always consult your doctor before using Sensodent K.

Use a pea-sized Sensodent K on a toothbrush. Brush your teeth in a circular motion and rinse your mouth using water. Do not swallow the toothpaste.

Rinse your mouth with normal or lukewarm water.
Before using Sensodent K rinse your hands from soap.
Spit out the toothpaste/Sensodent K and do not swallow it during or after use. Avoid fluids and foods for at least 30 minutes after Sensodent K use.
Use Sensodent K as per the prescription of your doctor. Do not overuse it.
Keep Sensodent K in a cool and dry place at below room temperature. Don't refrigerate the Sensodent K.
Talk to your doctor if you notice an allergic reaction to Sensodent K.
