It is used to provide relief to the patient from anxiety, insomnia associated with anxiety, muscle spasms, seizures. It is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome, panic attacks, a sedative for minor surgery and to control agitation caused by alcohol withdrawal.
Diazepam + Magaldrate + Oxyphenonium comes as a tablet, extended-release (long-acting) capsule, and concentrate (liquid), it should be taken by mouth. It is usually taken 1 to 4 times in a day or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with chronic pulmonary insufficiency, personality disorders, muscle weakness, impaired liver or kidney function. Do not drive any vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine as it can cause drowsiness or sedation.
