Yes Goodnoct can be taken with Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Benadryl does not appear to interfere with the efficacy of Goodnoct. Hence, it is alright to take them together. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug do not hesitate to inform your doctor.

Goodnoct contains zolpidem which is a sedative & hypnotic agent. It is presumed that zolpidem works by producing the calming effect on the brain by decreasing the excessive neuronal activity of the brain which induces sleep.
