Topotecan Dosage & How to Take

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

Adult(Female)	Disease: Ovarian Cancer Before or After Meal: As advised by a physician Single Maximum Dose: 2.5 mg Dosage Route: Parenteral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 3 weeks Special Instructions: Given for 5 consecutive days, starting on day 1 of a 21 day course, 1.5 mg/ m(2)
