Yes, Amfirst AT can be taken with paracetamol. No drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking ibuprofen do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
No, Amfirst AT is not harmful to a kidney. However, it can cause some urinary problem such as urine retention and difficulty in passing urine. Do not hesitate to inform your doctor if you are facing any of the above while taking this drug.

Yes, Amfirst AT can cause edema. It is the most common side effects of this drug. Usually swelling occurs in feet and ankle. If these effects cause troublesome, then consult your doctor regarding whether this effect arises due to amlodipine consumption or not. If yes, then you can stop taking this medicine with the help of doctor because of alternate treatment are also available. However, it is dose-related effects if taken a low dose, chances of edema are very less if consuming high dose the chances of edema are high.
