However, another group of antihistamine drug which causes drowsiness and sleepiness like chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine etc. should not be taken together unless and until recommended by your doctor.
Rarely Combipara causes drowsiness. However, if you experience drowsiness after taking this medicine do not indulge in activities which include driving, operating heavy machinery. You are advised to take rest and if need be ask your doctor for some other drug options.
