Combiplet is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Capsule, Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Angina. Secondary and off-label uses of Combiplet have also been mentioned below.

Interaction between Alcohol and Combiplet
Consumption of alcohol and Combiplet together may have severe effects on your health.
Combiplet is to be taken orally preferably after a light meal. Generally, this drug can be safely taken depending upon the age and condition of the person. However, please take Combiplet as directed by the physician.
Yes, Combiplet is used as an anticoagulant (blood thinner ) because low doses of this medicine have been effective in preventing brain and heart-related disorders such as myocardial infarction (heart attack) and strokes.
Combiplet should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because aspirin may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue. To bring down fever in dengue patients, paracetamol can be given along with plenty of fluids such as soups, juices, and water. Along with taking precautionary measures mentioned above, seek medical advice right away in case of Dengue as negligence and low platelet counts may lead to fatal consequences. You are highly recommended to follow the doctor's instructions.
There has been no established research which claims miscarriage after taking Combiplet during early pregnancy. Infact according to some reports low doses can be safely taken. However, it is best to check with your gynaecologist regarding dosage and right medication to be taken during pregnancy.
