Germentad is a brand name of gentamicin and it is available in the form of Injection, eye drop, cream. It belongs to the class of drugs called aminoglycoside antibiotics which is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is a prescription drug that is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of eye, skin, and body.
