Yes, Joynap may cause nausea and vomiting in a few cases only. It is a rare side effect of this drug. For relief from nausea and vomiting try to take lime water, avoid eating spicy food even if it persists or becomes severe then discuss it with your doctor.
Take one tablet of Joynap at bedtime or as advised by your doctor. Ideally, oral Joynap should be taken empty stomach because the presence of food might affect the absorption of this drug from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea, myasthenia gravis, and compromised respiratory function.
