Patients with critically low levels of methylcobalamin are often recommended by to take intramuscular injections to cover up for their deficiency.

The Progab M is susceptible to breaking down in the presence of light and it also gets affected by the moisture. Therefore, it should be consumed as soon as the package is opened and must be protected from the light and moisture.
