Interaction between Food and Progra
There isn't any research available on the side effects of taking Progra with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Progra
Consumption of alcohol and Progra together may have severe effects on your health.
Progra works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme in the corpus cavernosum, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation). This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increases the flow of blood in the penis causing an erection.
The FDA has not approved Progra in women. Its safety and effectiveness have not been established in any group other than men over the age of 18 years.
Progra does not influence the sperm count. It also does not affect the ejaculation volume and viscosity.
Do not take Progra with nitrate, because taking it with nitrates can cause life-threatening conditions. Also, this combination is contraindicated, it must be avoided as it can produce significant hypotension (low blood pressure) and is potentially fatal.
Clinical trials have not been performed on the adolescent. Hence it is not recommended for adolescents.
