No, ideally Taboran P can't be taken in stomach pain Because it has adverse reaction regarding gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, gross bleeding/perforation, heartburn, nausea, GI ulcers (gastric/duodenal) and vomiting.
Taboran P works by blocking the action of prostaglandins which is responsible for inflammations (swellings) in our body.
