Interaction between Food and Hopecard Am
Eating certain foods may increase the time it takes Hopecard Am to have an effect. You should consult your doctor about it.
Interaction between Alcohol and Hopecard Am
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Hopecard Am with alcohol will be.
Yes, Hopecard AM can be taken with ibuprofen. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking ibuprofen do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Yes, Hopecard AM can be taken with telmisartan. As per clinical studies, no harmful interaction has been reported after taking them. However, do not take it without doctors advise. A fixed-dose combination of Hopecard AM and telmisartan is available in the market which is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
Yes, you can take it with seafood safely if you are not allergic to seafood. However, there is a lot of scientific evidence that Hopecard AM has shown very strong interaction with grapefruit juice hence you are highly recommended to avoid grapefruit juice with this drug.
Rarely, Hopecard AM causes arrhythmia (Irregular heartbeat). However, if you experience any fluctuation in heart rate after consuming this drug, please inform to a doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Hopecard AM comes in form of a tablet and ideally, it should be taken by mouth once daily as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with food or without food at any time of the day. Precautions must be taken in patients with liver disease, diabetes, and hypothyroidism.
