Cefjoy Ds is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Syrup. It is typically used for the treatment of Bacterial Infections.

Interaction between Food and Cefjoy Ds
Taking Cefjoy Ds with food does not harm your health.
Interaction between Alcohol and Cefjoy Ds
It is difficult to say anything about the effect of Cefjoy Ds and alcohol. No research has been done on this yet.
Cefjoy Ds and doxycycline can be taken together, as there are no reported harmful interactions between them. However, it doesn't mean that no interactions exist between them. Please take if prescribed by a doctor.
Discontinuing Cefjoy Ds in between may promote resistance to bacteria which may result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief. Incase you feel any discomfort such as breathing difficulties and skin reactions while taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
Avoid taking Cefjoy Ds with azithromycin, because it can cause heart-related problems. However, if you are experiencing any discomfort after consuming these two medicines at the same time then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Occasionally, Cefjoy Ds can cause drug-induced hemolytic anemia (abnormal Red blood cell breakdown). However, if your blood reports are showing abnormal hemolytic anemia after taking this drug please discuss with your doctor.
Cefjoy Ds should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote bacterial resistance which results in a relapse of the infection.
