No, Clomek alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Clomek is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Clomek should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Clomek and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.

If you are experiencing excessive dryness of skin after applying this drug then you are advised to use a skin moisturizer.
