How does Joshila work?

Joshila works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme in the corpus cavernosum, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation). This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increases the flow of blood in the penis causing an erection.
