Drowsiness can be prevented or managed by eating a well-balanced breakfast loaded with medium carbs and high proteins, taking light lunch, drinking lots of water, listening to music, getting outside and breathing in some fresh air, eating gum, mints and candy, skipping sugar, going for some caffeine.

Nicospas is available as a tablet, capsule, syrup and an injection. An oral dosage form is taken a few times a day. It is important to take Nicospas at the same time every day so that one doesn't forget the dose. One can take Nicospas with or without food. Taking it with food may avoid stomach upset. One must follow the recommendations of a doctor while taking Nicospas. In some people, it might cause some side effects like dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, etc.

Nicospas is a brand name for a compound known as dicyclomine. It belongs to the class of compounds known as anticholinergics (a compound that blocks the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the central and peripheral nervous system) and antispasmodics. It is available as a tablet, capsule, syrup and an injection. Nicospas is used for the treatment of functional bowel / irritable bowel syndrome.
