Yes, Pisful may cause constipation. It is a common side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause of constipation is unknown. If you are experiencing constipation after taking this drug then try to take laxative such as Isabgol and eat less spicy highly fibrous food.

How to take Pisful?

Ideally, Pisful can be taken 1-2 times a day or advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food post evening because its absorption is not affected by food. However, you are recommended to take it as per your doctor's instructions. Precautions must be taken in patients with chronic pulmonary insufficiency, personality disorders, muscle weakness, impaired liver or kidney function.
