How does Pulmokast work?

Pulmokast works by blocking the action of biologically active compounds (leukotrienes) which are responsible for narrowing and swelling of airways (bronchospasm) in the lungs and also causes allergic symptoms such as sneezing, stuffy, and runny nose. This provides relief to the patient from symptoms of allergic rhinitis and helps to prevent asthmatic attacks.
