No, Rabetru does not causes bloating (swollen belly after eating food which might be caused by excessive gas production). It has not been reported by the patients who are taking it. If you are experiencing bloating after taking this medicine, then try eating less spicy and fibre rich food also try to eat food in less quantity at a time. Taking probiotics or digestive enzyme supplements might be helpful in reducing bloating.
Yes, Rabetru has been reported to cause diarrhoea but this occurs in a few cases only. It is a common side effect of this medicine. Drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this medicine.
