Yes, Alzene Ad can be taken with paracetamol. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any unpleasant effects then consult your doctor.
Absorption of Alzene Ad is not affected by food and hence can be taken with or without food. Preferably it should be taken in the evening. However, you are recommended to take it as per the doctor's instructions.
Alzene Ad is not a pain-killer. It belongs to the class of drug called antihistamine. Which can help in relieving symptoms of allergies, runny nose, sneezing, and red-watery itchy eyes.
