Yes, Hedfree can be taken for gout since it contains naproxen that belongs to the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-killer) activity. It is ideally used for prevention of the pain and inflammation caused by arthritis, gout, and ankylosing spondylitis. Hedfree is a prescription drug, you are advised to discuss with your doctor before taking it by yourself.
