Levowal Information

Levowal, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Prostatitis, Pneumonia. Levowal also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Levowal should be taken with meal. Drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this medicine. Drinking extra water will help prevent some unwanted such as constipation, diarrhea, and other stomach related problem. Do not take this medicine along with milk, yogurt, or other dairy products, it may reduce the absorption of drug. Take it exactly as directed by the physician.

Take Levowal if your doctor has prescribed it to you. However, keep a close check on blood sugar levels as metformin is known to cause hypoglycemia( sudden dip in blood sugar levels). In case you are experiencing severe hypoglycemia, please inform your doctor immediately.
